Dear Evie and Seb,

What a jolly day it has been here in the North Pole! This morning the elves got themselves into the most marvellous muddle in the workshop, with baubles rolling everywhere and ribbon in a terrible tangle, and before long the whole room was in fits of giggles. It left me in such fine spirits that I have ducked away with a mug of hot chocolate to write to you, Evie and Seb!

It has been such a happy time up here in the lead up to Christmas, with busy hands and merry hearts from morning until night. I wonder how your days have been spent? I do hope you have been singing joyful carols, baking festive treats, and enjoying all the magic this special time of year has to offer.

The elves were telling me only the other day about all the wonderful moments of laughter you share together, Evie and Seb! My goodness, it warmed my heart to hear it. Laughter is one of those precious things that is always so much better when it is shared. It has a wonderful way of bringing people closer, and creating memories to cherish for years to come.
