HOW IT WORKS

Everything you need to know to order your child's personalised letter. Step by step, we'll run you through the process, so your little one can receive the most magical piece of mail.

1. Pick Your Product

Check out all of our Santa letters, Tooth Fairy letters, and Welcome to the World letters, and pick the perfect letter for your little one. Each product page has a link to the contents of that letter, allowing you to have a good read of each!

2. Tell Us Your Specifics

Once you've picked the perfect letter for your little one, it's time to tell us the specific details for your child. You will need to tell us which envelope colour you would like, along with your child’s name and magical address when placing your order. The order form on each product page shows you examples, so you know what information to put in each field.

3. We Create Your Bespoke Order

We will take all of your order information and create the perfect letter for your little one. For more information about our processing times, click here.

4. We Send You Your Order

When your order is ready, we will post it to you in a discreet mailer - brown and unassuming on the outside, but filled with magic on the inside! That way your little one's letter is protected, no little eyes take a sneak peek earlier than planned, and giving you the opportunity to find the perfect time for your child to receive their letter.

5. Give Your Little One Their Letter

Leave your little one's bespoke letter somewhere for them to discover – as if delivered by magic.
