Dear Hazel,

Hello from the North Pole, where the snow is falling and carols can be heard all day long! In these parts there are many things to smile about at this time of the year, but hearing from the elves about all the wonderful things you have done this year, Hazel, has brought a particularly big smile to my face!

The elves and I spent a long time in the Toy Workshop today, using our imaginations to create some exciting new toys! You see, dreaming, imagining, and creating are part of everything we do here in the North Pole. It helps us make magnificent gifts, solve problems and even explore amazing worlds in our minds!
