Letters for the Little Ones hold no responsibilities for import duties, fees and taxes that may apply to international orders. Any duties/fees/taxes that do apply will be the responsibility of the customer.

 

Turnaround Times and Creation of your Order:

All of our letters are made to order, one by one. This means that it takes us time to create your little one’s letter. Pending current order volumes, it may take us up to 5 business days to turn your order around.

Once your order has been created, we will then ship your order using your desired shipping method. If your shipping method includes tracking details, we will supply you with a tracking number. Please see estimated shipping times above.

 

Returns:

Letters: Since all of our letters are handmade and personalised for your little one, we cannot accept returns of any letter sold on our site.
Letter Writing Kits: Given our products are highly seasonal, we only accept returns of our kits in exceptional circumstances. Please contact us directly to discuss.

 

Changes to Orders:

Please take great care when completing personalisation options on our product pages. If you have made a mistake in the order information you have given us, please get in touch as soon as possible at hello@lettersforthelittleones.com. If we haven’t already started working on your order, we will be more than happy to help amend your order. Unfortunately in instances where we have already made your child’s order we will not be able to offer compensation.
